Had 2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds with Oatmeal for breakfast + 1/2 cup milk.
Lunch:
(had guests at home so couldn't make a separate no carb meal for myself)
1 cup of rice + chicken drumstick (chicken mandi) for lunch
1 cup semiya payasam (not healthy :-( )
Dinner:
Just had a cup of black tea.
Have been dipping on lemon 🍋 water.
Walked 3.5 miles
