Pavekka Upperi

I don't think you need 10 minutes to make this... maybe just 9, including the slicing of the Pavekka ;-)

Pavekka sliced in circles 3-4
Green chillies 3-4
Salt
Thengakothu ( a handful )
Oil - 1 cup ( You have to deep fry them in batches )

Just bring all these ingredients together with your hands . Mix well, so that the salt is coated well on the pavekka slices. Heat Oil and fry  !!! . After you finish frying them in batches, if you have any remaining you can have it with some hot rice ;-)
